LiquidInlays

Liquid inlays are inlays that are poured into a parent substrate. For example, a Solid Surface material or some hardwood and most solid foam can have text, logos, graphics, etc., machined into them and then a liquid is colored to match desired desired effect and then poured into the machined areas. After solidification, the substrate is machined and polished to get the desired results.

Here are a few sample of these Liquid Inlays. You will notice some are done to be translucent so light will pass thru and others are opaque.

Translucent Liquid Inlays are particularly suited to logo presentation when backlit as tabletops for pubs, restaurants, countertops, etc.
